Emergency
We are specially equipped to handle dental emergencies during the course of the day. Have you broken a tooth? Do you have dental infection? If you are a patient of record, call us anytime. There is a doctor on call. If you are not a current patient of record, but it's during our usual office hours, we will see you immediately. Just call 425.373.1605 .

Appointments
To provide optimum care for each individual, patients are seen by appointment only. Remember that appointment times are reserved especially for you. Your promptness for your appointment will be greatly appreciated. If you realize a scheduling conflict will not allow you to keep that scheduled appointment, please call the office at least 48 hours in advance so that we may offer that time slot to another patient.

Health and Safety Compliance
Our staff is dedicated to protecting your health and safety. We meet or exceed all guidelines set by the Center for Disease Control, OSHA, WISHA and the American Dental Association. The following are some of our protective measures:

1. Steam sterilizing instruments and hand pieces after every patient.
2. Monitoring sterilization techniques to guarantee effectiveness.
3. Cleaning and disinfecting the chair, counters and other surface areas after every patient.
4. Wearing clinic gowns and safety glasses and masks.
5. Changing to a new pair of disposable gloves after every patient.
   
6. Using disposable (single use) products.
   
7. Continuing education of our team and modernization of techniques to assure your health and safety.
